I wanted let you know your crew arrived yesterday ready to work and got right to it. As usual, they were attentive, polite, fastidious and professional. Fortunately, they were able to work around the rain and complete the caulking as well, which was an immediate concern of your crew chief on arrival. The crew completed the repump quickly with a  minimum of fuss and left us with a great job. The acid test was passed as my wife approved of the result.
